On Display during various Events at Setzkasten Modul
2 Guitar Pickups behind a display window convert electromagnetic noise interference into sound.
2 Transducers make the noise audible through the vibration of the window glass.
An echo effect replays the sounds, fading out the repetitions by degrading them with a VST emulation of an analog Tape Machine.
The recordings will be analysed and serve as a basis for a musical piece inspired by the everyday electromagnetic noise made audible.
